You can close your BetNinja account at any time. The process is straightforward and any cash balance will be returned via your preferred payment method.

1. Log in. 2. Open Account → Settings. 3. Choose Close Account. 4. Select a reason and confirm. The support team verifies your identity and processes the closure within 24 hours.

Withdraw your remaining balance before closing or it will be sent to your verified payment method automatically.

Closed accounts can usually be reopened by contacting support, unless you chose self-exclusion.
